First Time at the Lake

This past weekend was full of sunshine and lots of fun at the lake. Brandon loved all of it... the sand, the water and the boat (the magic nap machine- haha) Whenever Brandon started to fight sleep we put him on the boat and out he went:) Swim lessons are paying off because Brandon sure does like the water- he sat in his float and also went swimming with daddy and mommy. Grandma and Grandpa kicked off the summer with the first bbq and all the food was delicious. We are looking forward to many trips to Lake Anna this summer!

Guess who is crawling?!?!

Well Brandon has been very close to crawling the past few weeks but today he just started putting it all together and now is officially crawling. He has figured out that he can get where he wants to a lot faster now.... uh oh!. Take a look at the soon to be very busy boy- and mommy and daddy will be busy too!

He is also almost able to pull himself up by himself on the coffee table as well. I mean he should be able to do push ups already but he's getting there.

Brandon is now 7 months old and it seems like all of a sudden he has started doing so many new things! He started saying mum mum mum really well Mother's Day morning..... so now "mum" is the official FIRST word:) I can say that was the best Mother's Day gift ever! He can now get to wherever he wants by either rolling, and a small attempt to crawling- my bet is he will be crawling this month! Currently his favorite spot is around the coffee table- oh great! And more big news- today a tooth popped through! His lower left tooth in the front is the first one- yay:) Josh and I felt it this morning and it's sharp! It's truely amazing how quickly they change- I hope we can keep up with our little man.

Trying to pull up

For mommy's birthday- Nana, Grandpa and Uncle Daniel got her camcorder so that she can capture all my first moments. I'm now attempting to pull up on the coffee table- uh oh!!
